Instead of being demolished ... this hotel has been rebranded as Cosmo Hotel. The images used to promote the establishment give an impression of a reasonable hotel. BUT it is anything but! My room did not even have a hook to hang one's clothing or used towels on. There was not even a chair! Piles of rubbish was trapped between the shower wall and "Vanity Unit"! The shower had to be used with munimum water flow to avoide flooding the room! Got up in the middle of the night to book alternative accomodation with success ... at least there was a decent WIFI and the sheets were cleano

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The hallway and room smelt like cigarette smoke, the air conditioner was very noisy, I wasn’t game to use the kettle to make a cuppa and the shower didn’t look clean. The word BOUTIQUE is a very loose term for this place. Street noise is loud on the weekend. Paid $160 for one night. Very over priced for the room. The only good thing is the location but do yourself a favour and pay for somewhere else. You are wasting your money here.

My mother booked a room for 6 of us. Due to covid we had to hold the room for a later date. Time came to book in and they gave our room to someone else so they gave us a king room each. The rooms were filthy! Could tell someone was there for a while smoking in the rooms. The walls are all marked and dirty to the point you can see the filth over all the walls. There was a cigarette burn on the toilet button where you flush the toilet. Shower had a stained floors where they haven't been cleaned! Had dishes on the tiny sink that wasn't washed properly, tap was dripping, could see holes in the roof. Within the first 10 minutes arriving in our room we had some strange person knock on our door looking for someone else who had been there previously. Then I left the room and my partner was there alone, I was gone 10 minutes and in that time she had 2 other people knock on the door. Safe to say i will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone!

First of all Great location, just in a city centre. You can find great food , drinks, trams, buses everything is close by. Nothing disturbing you to stay there for 100% sure. Special thanks to Bruno at reception who got a great knowledge about customer service and needs. I will definitely come and stay there next time. Clean hotel, great room, affordable prices compared to other hotels around cbd, what else you need guys 😀

The boutique hotel was located at the heart of the Adelaide city. You can see city lights from windows. Rooms are well maintained and you have everything you need for a quick overnight. No free parking. But the reception provides assistance. Some convenient stores and food outlets on the street.
